I’m Sara Williams, founder of Bug Out B.A.E. LLC, a mom of two, and an educator with nearly 30 years in human services and more than 20 years teaching and training various crisis management and safety programs.

I created Bug Out B.A.E. to make preparedness practical, inclusive, and accessible—especially for our families and communities. My goal is to provide real education, useful tools, and supportive resources so we can be prepared, not panicked.

Whether it’s hands-on training, community workshops, or everyday tips, I’m committed to helping people build confidence, skills, and preparedness into their lives—because preparedness today creates stronger, safer tomorrows.
