Our shirts are made to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Please review the size guide before purchasing. For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, contact bugoutbae@outlook.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review verified problems and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Contact us before returning an item.
The Family Emergency Contact & Information Binder is a digital PDF for personal household use. No physical binder or printed pages are shipped. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once download access has been provided, except where required by law. Contact us about missing, corrupted, or inaccessible downloads, duplicate purchases, or billing errors. We will help restore access or provide a working file; if we cannot resolve a verified delivery or file problem, we will provide an appropriate refund.
