Our shirts are printed after you order. Please check the size guide carefully. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or an incorrectly selected color.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
Contact bugoutbae@outlook.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a verified problem. Do not return an item without contacting us first for instructions.
Missing packages
If your order has not arrived, check the tracking and contact us promptly. Report a suspected lost shipment within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Address corrections and cancellations
Email us immediately if you need a correction or cancellation. Once production starts, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Reshipping costs may apply to orders returned because the address you supplied was incorrect or the package was unclaimed; we will confirm any additional cost before reshipping.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. Digital downloads are covered by our Digital Product Policy.
